Aditya marries product, growth, and engineering teams for a living — turning complex business problems into scalable, technology-driven systems. He founded OLN Labs to do that work end-to-end, and SmartBDM.ai to attack one of the biggest drags on predictable growth: operational inefficiency.
Over the last 14 years, he has co-founded and scaled a bootstrapped EdTech company to $2M ARR with no external funding, and architected complex technology systems — real-time communication platforms, media streaming engines, code-compilation systems, virtual currencies, and large-scale social networks — that have served over 20 million users.
At OLN Labs, he combines that engineering depth with product thinking and GTM clarity, building useful software that keeps getting better — not just automation for its own sake. The same person who scopes your project writes the architecture and is on the launch call. Direct access to the founder is included in every engagement.
