Aditya marries product, growth, and engineering teams for a living — turning complex business problems into scalable, technology-driven systems. He founded OLN Labs to do that work end-to-end, and SmartBDM.ai to attack one of the biggest drags on predictable growth: operational inefficiency.
Over the last 14 years, he has co-founded and scaled a bootstrapped EdTech company to $2M ARR with no external funding, and architected complex technology systems — real-time communication platforms, media streaming engines, code-compilation systems, virtual currencies, and large-scale social networks — that have served over 20 million users.
At OLN Labs, he combines that engineering depth with product thinking and GTM clarity, building AI-first workflows that compound — not just headcount-replacing automations.
