The till works. The indents and WhatsApp groups don't.

Restaurant groups usually have a POS and delivery aggregators in place, yet purchasing, central-kitchen supply and outlet issues still run on messages. We build the missing workflows and connect them to what you have.

Between the outlets and the kitchen

Small requests that go missing.

Before lunch

The outlet runs short.

An outlet manager realises the paneer and cream won't last the evening and posts in the group. The central kitchen sees it late, sends what it can, and nobody records the shortfall.

Late night

The daily indent.

Each outlet sends tomorrow's requirement as a photo of a handwritten list. The purchase manager retypes it into a sheet, merges quantities and rings vendors.

Delivery

Short supply at the back door.

A vendor delivers less than ordered. The outlet signs anyway because service is about to start, and the difference turns up at month end as a vendor dispute.

Weekly

Wastage and closing stock.

Outlets report wastage and closing counts in different formats, so food cost by outlet stays a guess until someone reconciles it.

What a shared indent and purchasing tool changes.

  • Outlets raise indents on a phone, from a fixed item list in units they recognise
  • The central kitchen and purchasing see one combined requirement by item and outlet
  • Purchases above an agreed amount or outside the usual vendor go for approval
  • Receipt is confirmed at the outlet, with shortfalls and rejections recorded on the same indent
  • Wastage and closing stock are entered in one format, ready for food-cost reports
  • Management sees each outlet's requests, receipts and gaps without scrolling through chats

Before we build, we check the tools you run.

Restaurants often carry more systems than they need. We would rather connect than add another login.

A first version

Begin with the indent, then follow the stock.

01

Agree one item list

Picture a group with a central kitchen and a handful of outlets, each calling the same ingredient something different. We build a single item master with units, pack sizes and preferred vendors, and every outlet orders from it.

02

Move the daily indent off WhatsApp

Outlets submit tomorrow's needs by a cut-off time. The central kitchen sees what it must prepare, and purchasing sees what it must buy, already totalled.

03

Confirm what arrived

Outlets mark each delivery as received in full, short or rejected. Vendor disputes then rest on a dated record instead of a recollection.

04

Add wastage and costs later

Once indents and receipts are dependable, closing stock and wastage entries turn them into food-cost views by outlet. Recipes and consumption can follow if the POS data supports it.

What operators usually ask.

Can every outlet use it, with its own access?

Yes. Outlet staff see their own indents and receipts, and area and central teams see the outlets they oversee.

Our staff change often. Will they manage it?

We design the outlet screens for whoever is on shift rather than for head office: few fields, the outlet's own item list, and nothing that needs more than a short walkthrough.

Can you build table reservations?

We can, around your capacity, time slots, deposits and changes. If an existing reservation tool already works for you, we would usually connect to it instead.
