A team beyond the launch.
Once customers arrive, a platform needs someone to keep it running, deal with issues and decide what changes next. We take that on under an agreed arrangement, alongside your own team.
Platforms we run today.
We designed and built each of these for a client, and we still manage the technology and develop the product.
Easy Inventory
Inventory, bookings, payments and channel partners in one system for builders and developers. We keep the platform running and continue developing the product for our client.
- Hosting and operations
- Support for the client's teams
- Ongoing feature development

Yajmaan
Online booking for sevas and poojas performed in the booker's name. We host and look after the booking platform and keep building on it.
- Booking flow kept working
- Continued improvements

Running and improving are different jobs.
Operations and support
Hosting, backups, monitoring, security updates, and a defined way of handling issues by priority. This protects what customers use today.
Continued development
New features, changes prompted by customer feedback, integrations and whatever the business needs next. This has its own plan and its own time.
Protected time
We agree in advance how urgent incidents affect the roadmap, so one bad week doesn't silently erase all the planned work.
Who owns what.
Each responsibility gets a named owner before ongoing work starts.
Application
Code, releases, fixes and the development plan. Usually ours to run, with priorities set by you.
Infrastructure
Hosting, domains, databases and backups. We operate them, in accounts registered to your business.
Customer support
Who answers your customers, and at what point their question becomes a technical issue passed to us.
Business decisions
Pricing, policies and which features come next. Always yours; we advise.
Taking over the day-to-day.
Check access and condition
We confirm who holds every account, from hosting and domain to payment gateway and email service, and review the code, data and backups before signing up to anything.
Write down how it runs
Deploy steps, scheduled jobs, alert contacts and the fixes for known problems go into a runbook your team can also read.
Agree the rhythm
How issues reach us, how priorities are set, and when we review the development plan with you, so routine questions have a routine answer.
Run and report
We operate the platform, handle issues by priority, ship planned work, and tell you plainly what changed and what is coming next.
Can you manage a platform you didn't build?
We can consider it after a technical review and an access check. The review shows what state the platform is in and what needs attention before we take responsibility. Software maintenance describes the support side in more detail.
Can we take it in-house later?
Yes. The code, data and accounts stay yours throughout. When you are ready, we plan the handover with your team and supply documentation, so your customers notice nothing.
Do you answer our customers directly?
That is a choice we make together. Often your team handles customer questions and passes technical problems to us with the details needed to investigate. If you would rather we took certain technical queries directly, we agree which ones and how they reach us, and the line is written down.
More on the long run.
