Keep every partner working from the same information.
When prices go out on one WhatsApp group, availability on another and commission queries arrive by phone, each partner ends up with a different version of the truth. A portal gives them one.
Partners shouldn't need to call you for status.
Picture a distributor with dozens of dealers, or a developer selling through a network of channel partners. Every morning someone sends the updated price list. By afternoon a unit has been sold or a product has run out, and partners who missed the next message keep offering it. Leads get registered twice, and payout disputes are settled with screenshots.
A partner portal replaces those messages with a single source. Each partner sees what applies to them, submits their order, booking or referral in the agreed format, and checks progress without ringing your sales coordinator. Your team still controls the rules, the prices and the records underneath.
Partners act on the latest information. Your team decides what that information is.
Built for a real channel network.
Easy Inventory
We designed and built Easy Inventory for our client: one system for builders and developers that holds unit availability, bookings, payments and channel partners. Sales teams and partners work from a shared view of each project, so availability, bookings and partner activity are read from the same records instead of separate lists. We manage the technology and keep developing the product.
- Availability across projects
- Bookings and payments together
- Channel partners inside the same system

What a partner sees, changes and can't touch.
Commercial terms need to be explicit before they become software rules. This is the table we work through with you, row by row.
Walk one transaction through first.
Take a single dealer order or partner booking and answer these before anyone designs a screen.
- Which fields a partner sees on a product, and which stay internal: cost price, margin, internal notes.
- The status at which an order becomes read-only for the partner.
- Who on your team approves a discount or special term, and who covers when they're away.
- How the terms used at the time are preserved, so a later price change doesn't rewrite an old deal.
- How commission is calculated, when it becomes payable, and what happens if the sale is cancelled.
- What happens to a partner's access and open leads when the relationship ends.
Partner portal questions.
Can each partner have different permissions?
Yes. Access can vary by partner type, territory or organisation, and a partner firm can have its own admin who manages its staff. The underlying model is explained on our roles and permissions page.
Can the portal show commissions?
Yes, once the commission rules are agreed. Statements are built from the source transactions and kept alongside them, so a partner querying a payout can see exactly which sales it covers.
Our partners work in a different industry from real estate. Does that matter?
The portal pattern is similar whether it's dealers in wholesale and distribution or brokers selling property. What changes is the transaction and the terms, which is why we begin from one real transaction of yours.
